Experience a special day cooking with Rosina in the equipped kitchen of her lovely home located in one of the most characteristic and historical towns of Friuli. Rosina is a delightful lady and a self-taught cook passionate about sharing the many recipes passed down from generation to generation in this beautiful corner of north-eastern Italy.
Always using the season’s freshest ingredients, she will teach you how to prepare a typical Friulian menu, followed by lunch of your creations and tasting of excellent local wine.
The cooking class begins at 10 a.m. and lasts approximately 4 hours.
