Experience a special day cooking with Patrizia in the equipped kitcken of her lovely apartment located in the heart of Venice, with a view of Saint Mark's belltower.

Chef Patrizia is a cheerful local lady who has worked for over a decade with some of the most pretigious hotel restaurants in Venice. Under her guidance, you will prepare a full Venetian menu followed by lunch with wine, water, coffee and grappa.

The limited number of participants ensures complete involvement of each student.

The day starts at 10.15 am with a visit to the Rialto market where your guide will lead you through the market stalls to help you select the best ingredients for your meal.

Then transfer to Patrizia's kitchen for your hands-on cooking class and learn the joy of cooking as the Venetians have for centuries. An experience full of fun not to be missed!

During the summer months, Chef Patrizia also offers an evening class which starts at 6.00 p.m. followed by dinner served either in her dining room or on her terrace where you can enjoy the spectacular view. The Rialto market tour is not included in the evening class.
